Company Profile
Established in 2009, our company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yantai Changyu Group Co., Ltd. In November, 2009, our factory with an area of 87mu was set up by investing RMB120 million. We are mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of high-end color printing, quality paper packing boxes, high-grade wooden gift boxes, oak barrels, oak chips and flexi bags. Our annual output is 500 million pieces.
Currently, our company possesses independent design and R&D capabilities as well as the world's most advanced plane and 3D graphics plate system, digital proofing system, 3D grating printing system and advanced CTP plate system in the field of pre-press technology.
Our printing workshop now has the world's most advanced packing and printing production lines. Our main equipment includes Japanese Komori Super Lithrone LS640 + C + UV offset presses, Komori Super Lithrone LS529 quarto offset presses and MARK Andy eight-color UV presses. The offset press is equipped with Japanese advanced color management system. Our factory firstly purchased advanced post-press equipment, including full automatic laminators, full automatic stamping presses, full automatic UV equipment, full automatic die-cutters, full automatic folder gluers, full automatic bag gluers, and Heidelberg Polar-Mohr paper cutters. All-round automatic manufacture is realized.
Our woodworking workshop is also equipped with the latest and the most complete woodworking machinery, including a variety of imported computer engraving equipment. The advanced equipment has the ability to process various media by special process, greatly improving the grade and quality of printing and wooden packing products. By virtue of abundant funds, rich human resources, advanced equipment, high-end configuration and professional ERP production management systems, the production management modes and production processes of digitalization, standardization, specialization and standardization have been realized.
